What we make
Nonstructural accessories: light and phone mounts, spacers, small adapters, and holders. Each is reviewed for its load and environment before it is accepted.
What we do not make
Frames, forks, stems, bars, seatposts, brake or drivetrain parts, rack and load-bearing brackets, and battery latches. Anything whose failure could cause a crash stays with the bike shop.
Materials outdoors
ASA is the usual choice for sun and salt, PETG for the rest, TPU where a part has to flex. The material is agreed in the quote for the part's actual use.
Fit
Bar diameters, bolt patterns, and clearances are measured on the bike or taken from your dimensions, then confirmed on the first part.
