Mokumoo is run by Spencer, a mechanical engineer with heavy-equipment manufacturing experience, working in Creo. One engineer handles the work from first review to finished part.
The practical benefit of one engineer is context. The person who reviews the requirements is the person who models the changes and measures the agreed features.
- We model in Creo
- Parametric CAD with intent in it. If the part needs to change later, it can.
- We read GD&T
- Datums, true position, tolerance callouts, read the way they were meant to be read.
- We keep the thread
- Review, quote, model, print, measure, pack. The job stays with the person who understood it.
- We say when the process changes
- Metal, tighter tolerances, a thousand units. Another process may fit the job better, and we say so early.

Nothing is handed between departments. What you explained in the first message is still in the room when the part is measured.
An engineer replies within 4 business hours. Standard printing takes 3–5 business days after approval. Design and sourced work are scheduled separately. Next-day rush is confirmed per job. If a date cannot be met, you hear it before you pay.
